It says alveoli are tiny sacs within our lungs that allow oxygen and carbon dioxide to move between the lungs and bloodstream.

The alveoli are little things in your lungs that take the oxygen out of the air you breathe and put it in your blood
And then they take the carbon dioxide from the blood and put it in the air you exhale
